Monitoring & Enforcement

  • Assist project managers in meeting compliance goals on time and on budget.

  • Provide construction management and contract administration services.

  • Provide compliance training to public and private administrators to elevate comprehension of State and Federal public work laws.​

  • Monitor construction project documentation and practices to ensure compliance with State and Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage laws.

  • Conduct on-site inspections and communicate directly with construction workers in English and Spanish.

  • Facilitate wage corrections caused by misclassifications, under reporting of man-hours, incorrect apprentice ratios, and other labor compliance errors.

  • Prepare labor compliance audits for hearings in violation disputes, and submit annual reports to all appropriate federal, state and local agencies.

  • Prepare and make available public records when representating local agency clients, in accordance to all relevant State and Federal laws.

  • Contract administration and consulting: Monitoring for prevailing wage compliance, and Contract Compliance.
